FANTASTIC SKIING & SNOWBOARDING AT MT. HOOD

Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort
You will not believe the amount of snow at the various Mt. Hood ski resorts, just an hour's drive or so from The Fulton House. Snow levels are almost 200% of normal and the snow pack stands at 205 inches.
Best of all, fresh powder still falls almost every night, so you can count on the best ski conditions every day.
One of our former guests, a Floridian who loves to snowboard so much he decided to attend grad school in Portland, stopped in at The Fulton House to say "hello" the other evening on his way back from a trip to the Mountain. He said conditions were "fantastic!" He has purchased an Unlimited Spring Season pass at Mt. Hood Meadows -- a real bargain at $119 for all lifts after March 1 -- and he returns to the Mountain every chance he gets. With all the snow this year, he expects to be snowboarding for at least a couple more months.
If you ask in advance, The Fulton House innkeepers, John and Wendy, will be happy to serve you an extra early breakfast so you can get out sooner to enjoy the snow. And what a breakfast it will be -- a gourmet hot dish, biscuits or scones, fresh fruit, yogurt and granola, and orange and cranberry juices plus hot coffeee or tea. Just the thing to start you off for a day outdoors.
We don't get these ski conditions every year, so plan on several days in Portland now. If you're a downhill skier, a cross-country skier, a snowboarder or just enjoy a snow-filled day, make your reservations right now for a great vacation at The Fulton House.
See ya soon!
